Well hi guys some of you have a notebook or a desktop and its OS is Windows 7, Starter or Home basic are very popular in those kind of computer,well you saw that you couldn't changed the wallpaper and your menu, too. it happend because those OS hasn't Aeros system, now windows created a new patch to activet funtions.
We just need daowload thepatch and add to the OS and that's all, them just enjoy the new funtions of your notebook or your desktop more interactive than yesterday.
